New Deficit Charge 1/1/24

At the December 2024 Rate Hearing, the Board of Water Commissioners voted on a temporary Deficit Charge due to the high precipitation levels this past summer. Due to the amount of rain, there was a significant reduction in irrigation use. This impacted our budget significantly, and our rate income is going to fall short in Fiscal Year 2024. The temporary Deficit Charge will be used to supplement our rate income deficit in order to keep our budget in good standing.
